Country Scents Candles Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is made between Country Scents Candles and independent consultants of CSC (Country Scents Candles). CSC agrees to sell to the CSC Consultant, products and consultant agree to purchase CSC products under the terms and conditions of this agreement. CSC reserves the right to cancel this agreement within fifteen (15) business days from the date of the agreement CONSULTANT AGREES; Consultant enters into this agreement and will remain throughout the term of the agreement, as an Affiliate (independent consultant):
1 To conduct regular “CSC events & sales'' and “Retail Sales” as an Affiliate (Independent Consultant). We have a QUOTA that you must log into your account and make a purchase every 6 months (January 1st to June 30th and again July 1st to December 31st) to remain a CSC Consultant. If you do not meet quota and your account gets terminated you will lose all awarded products, commissions, leadership level, and your downline will be rolled up to your upline. This can not be reversed and we can not re-open any closed accounts.
2 The consultant CAN sell or represent any other direct sales or Multi-Level Marketing company offering Soy candles, tarts or aroma beads. Check with other companies to make sure this is allowed for them.
3 Any Consultant at “Leadership Level” will qualify for a leadership bonus and or incentives.
4 Failure to properly mentor can result in forfeiture of downline.
5 CSC Consultant agrees that she/he is not an employee, partner, agent, or principal of Country Scents Candles while this agreement is in effect. Consultant agrees she/he is not entitled to the rights or benefits afforded to CSC employees, including disability or unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, medical insurance, sick leave, or any other employment benefit. The consultant is responsible for providing, at their own expense, disability, unemployment, and other insurance, workers' compensation, training, permits, and licenses for themselves and for their employees and subcontractors. The consultant is responsible for paying when due all income taxes, including estimated taxes, incurred as a result of the compensation paid by Country Scents Candles to Consultant for services under this agreement. Consultants are responsible for keeping up with and filling own taxes.
6 All proprietary trademarks, copyrights, logo’s, customer lists, product information, company operating documents, financial documents, and promotional material are the property of Country Scents Candles. CSC Consultants under the terms of this agreement shall not disclose this information except under the terms and conditions of this agreement.
7 CSC reserves the right to change its training manual, commission requirements, product prices, discounts, and business materials at any time.
8 Consultants must comply with this agreement and meet requirements set forth in the Online CSC Consultant Training/New Consultant Getting Started information, to receive compensation and commissions.
9 All CSC consultants who join directly under Country Scents Candles corporate page will have the option to choose an active upline/sponsor. If you signed up under the wrong team you will have to cancel the account and sign back up as we do not move consultants from one team to another team. The only exception to this is if your upline is not mentoring for this refer to that policy. If you and your upline agree that you can move to your parent, we will move you to your Grandparent. You can only move to their upline if you both agree and you can not move to another team. You are only able to move to your grandparent one time unless if falls under another policy.
10 You are not allowed to have more than one consultant account. If found that you have more than one consultant account we will ask you to cancel the other account. If we do not hear back regarding this issue within 3 days the accounts will be suspended and after 7 days of no response, the accounts will be terminated. Downlines, leadership title, PRS, etc will not transfer or combine with any other account.
11 Rep agrees to represent Country Scents Candles in a truthful, honest and responsible manner.
12 CSC Consultant agrees to abide by the CSC refund policy as set forth on the CSC website.
13 Any CSC Consultant who does not follow the CSC policies and procedures will receive a warning and possible termination. In the event of termination, all downlines will roll up to the previous CSC Consultants sponsor after a 7 day waiting period.
14 If you go inactive after 30 days you forfeit any monies earned-IE- vouchers, commissions, coupons, rewards, or past commissions.
Becoming a CSC Consultant
Be 18 years or older of being a legal resident of the United States. Must have a valid Social Security number, institution-complete, not be in jail or prison or otherwise in a confined institution and submit a current application, or online agreement, that is accepted by CSC, have a valid e-mail, credit card, and way of communication. Independent contractor status: Independent consultants are self-employed, non-exclusive independent contractors who are authorized to market and sell CSC products in all 50 states.
Sponsoring and Training
Consultants may sponsor other persons to become consultants within the 50 states. Consultants can earn commissions and performance bonuses in the program based on the sale of CSC, not merely from sponsoring other reps.
CSC uses essential oils on all scents when possible, on others that require a made scent blend, we use essential oils and fragrance oil mixtures.
